Do you provide service for moving on weekend / Holidays?
Do you have a regular price plan?
Unfortunately, we do not have a regular pricing plan. As our costs are based on the number of products you’re going to move and the situation varies.
Where do most of the employees come from?
Unfortunately, we do not have standard pricing. As our prices are based on the volume of items you will be moving and situation, thus it varies.
If I'm not available for a site survey, how do we get a quote?

Do I have to pay for the survey?
No, you ‘re not going to be needed to pay for the site survey. It is a free and non-compulsory service that we provide for a detailed quotation.

How do I get a quote from Rapid Movers?

If you’re seeing a full house change, we ‘re going to recommend that our customers opt for a physical site survey. Our surveyors are highly skilled and knowledgeable to identify items that may require special handling and will be able to provide a more comprehensive moving system.
Show a long time does it take for the site survey and the quote to be received?
The length of our regular survey is 20 minutes. However, if the scale of the survey is broader, we will need more time to assess it.
When our surveyors have completed the test, you will obtain your quote within the next 24 hours.
Scenario 1:
Scheduled site survey between 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., you will most likely obtain a quote by the end of the day.
Scenario 2:
Scheduled for a web survey after 12 p.m., you will most likely obtain a quote the next day in the morning.

There's a height restriction in my condo, how are you going to transport / move my items?
Shuttling service is mostly for condominiums, since there are entry height restrictions. We will need a shuttle to carry your furniture and things from the elevator lobby to our truck.
How do I validate the use of your service?
We do not currently require a deposit. However, you will need to sign the authorization document and send it back to us by email.

What are the storage and warehouse services?
A warehouse can be described as a place used for storage. Our warehousing services include collecting your goods from your storage location and shipping them back to you when you want to buy them back.

Will you supply the boxes and the packaging materials?

Does Rapid Movers provide an installation and unpacking service?
Yeah, we provide unpacking and installation services. Feel free to contact our salesperson and find out about our different services.
Will we have to return the boxes?
However, as an environmentally friendly company, we do not wish to collect the boxes for recycling purposes.
Could there be a refund for the boxes given back?
No, there are no refunds for the boxes used.
How fast are you going to pick the empty boxes?
We ‘re going to do our best to match your schedule and collect it within a week. Please contact our customer support team to provide you with a slot schedule.
